Our approach prioritises relationships, emotional safety, and readiness to learn. We understand that children thrive when they feel valued, secure, and connected. That’s why we build time into each day for meaningful interactions, reflection, and calm, supportive transitions between activities.
A Typical Day
A typical day at IncludEd runs from 10:00am to 2:00pm, providing a balanced structure that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress. Timings and activities can be adapted to meet individual needs or to support personalised reintegration pathways.
What Our Day Includes
Our daily routines are designed to help learners feel settled, supported, and ready to thrive. Key elements of each day include:
• Welcome Breakfast
A calm, nurturing start to the day where learners connect with staff and peers over something to eat, helping everyone to feel ready and focused for the day ahead.
• Learning and Enrichment Sessions
Tailored to each child’s needs, interests, and stage of development. These sessions support academic progress, social skills, and personal growth through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
• Breaks and Outdoor Time
Opportunities for movement, regulation, and positive social interaction, helping learners to manage energy and emotions throughout the day.
• Lunch Together
A shared, inclusive experience that promotes connection, conversation, and wellbeing.
